Refund Policy

Thank you for registering for a BusinessXLife workshop or training program.

1. Business Information

BusinessXLife is a training initiative operated by Thugistan (Proprietorship).

All registrations, payments, and services are managed under this entity.

2. Workshop Registration

Your workshop seat is confirmed only after successful payment.

Once payment is completed, you will receive:

  • Workshop confirmation
  • Access details before the session
  • WhatsApp updates and reminders

3. No Cancellation & No Refund

Due to the digital nature of the workshop and immediate reservation of your seat, all payments are final.

After successful payment:

  • No cancellation is permitted.
  • No refund will be provided.
  • Partial attendance or non-attendance is not eligible for a refund.

4. Batch Transfer (If Approved)

If you are unable to attend the scheduled workshop, you may request to transfer your registration to a future batch.

Transfer requests:

  • Must be made at least 24 hours before the workshop.
  • Are subject to availability.
  • Are approved solely at the discretion of BusinessXLife.

BusinessXLife reserves the right to accept or decline transfer requests.

5. Non-Attendance

If a participant does not attend the workshop:

  • The registration will be treated as a no-show.
  • No refund will be issued.
  • A replacement session is not guaranteed.

6. Technical Issues

If a technical issue occurs from our side that prevents the workshop from being conducted, BusinessXLife may:

  • Reschedule the session, or
  • Provide an alternative solution at its discretion.

Issues related to the participant's device, internet connection, browser, or software are not eligible for refunds.
