Thank you for enrolling in our workshops and training programs offered by BusinessXLife.

1. Business Information

BusinessXLife is operated by Thugistan (Proprietorship).
All payments and services related to this platform are managed by Thugistan.

2. Free Workshops

BusinessXLife may offer free workshops for educational and promotional purposes.

Since no payment is required:
• No cancellation or refund is applicable
• No rescheduling or compensation is guaranteed for non-attendance

Participants are responsible for attending the session as scheduled.

3. Paid Programs – No Cancellation & No Refund

All purchases made for paid workshops, training programs, and digital services are final and non-refundable.

Once a payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances due to the digital nature of the content and immediate access to resources.

4. Access & Participation

Upon successful registration (free or paid), participants may receive:
• Workshop confirmation
• Access to WhatsApp group for updates
• Training-related information

For paid programs, access is considered delivered once the above is provided, and refunds will not be applicable.

5. Batch Transfer / Replacement (Paid Programs Only)

Participants in paid programs may request:
• Transfer to a future batch (if available), OR
• Transfer of seat to another participant

Conditions:
• Request must be made at least 24 hours before the workshop
• Approval is subject to availability and discretion

6. Non-Attendance

For free workshops:
• No compensation or rescheduling is guaranteed

For paid programs:
• It will be treated as a no-show
• No refund, reschedule, or compensation will be provided

7. Technical Issues

In case of genuine technical issues from our side:
• Our support team will assist you
• If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund or alternative access may be considered at our discretion

Important:
Issues due to participant’s device, internet, or software will not be eligible for refund.

8. Discretion

All decisions regarding access, batch changes, refunds (in exceptional cases), or related matters are at the sole discretion of BusinessXLife / Thugistan.

9. Limitation of Liability

BusinessXLife / Thugistan shall not be held liable for any indirect loss, missed opportunities, or inability to attend or implement the training.
