Welcome to BusinessXLife. By enrolling in our workshop or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Business Information

BusinessXLife is a training platform operated by Thugistan (Proprietorship).

All services, communications, and payments related to this platform are managed by Thugistan.

2. Program Overview

BusinessXLife offers training programs to help individuals start and grow their own printing and small-scale businesses. The content shared is for educational purposes only.

3. Payment

Some workshops offered by BusinessXLife may be free, while others are paid.

For paid programs, all payments are processed securely. By making a payment, you confirm that you are purchasing access to a training program.

Free workshops do not require any payment and are provided for educational and promotional purposes.

4. No Guarantee of Results

We provide guidance and strategies based on real business experience. However, results may vary depending on individual effort, market conditions, and execution.

5. Intellectual Property

All training materials, videos, and content shared during the workshop are the property of BusinessXLife.

You may not copy, distribute, or resell any content without permission.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully during sessions and in WhatsApp groups.

Any misuse may result in removal without refund.

7. Refund Policy

Free workshops do not require any payment and hence are not eligible for refunds.

For paid programs, due to the digital nature of the training, all payments are non-refundable once access is granted.

Any exceptions will be at the sole discretion of BusinessXLife.

8. Batch Transfer / Non-Attendance

For free workshops, no compensation or rescheduling is guaranteed in case of non-attendance.

For paid programs, requests for batch transfer (if applicable) must be made at least 24 hours prior to the session.

Failure to attend a scheduled session will be considered as a no-show.

9. Communication

By registering, you agree to receive communication via WhatsApp, email, or phone regarding workshop details and updates.

10. Limitation of Liability

BusinessXLife and Thugistan shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, damages, or business outcomes resulting from the use of the training or implementation of strategies.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

12. Promotional Programs

BusinessXLife may offer free workshops or promotional sessions to introduce participants to business concepts.

These sessions may include information about advanced paid programs for further learning and implementation.
